How to help.

Hello,
I am a resident in the State of New Jersey, and I would like bill A4146 passed into law. This legislation will go a long way towards shielding our children from exposure to internet pornography which is the biggest issue our state currently faces. The average age a child is exposed to internet pornography is 10 years old and many of them will quickly become addicted. Currently, over 90% of young men and 60-70% of young women are addicted to internet pornography, and the vast majority of them started when they were children.
This addiction comes with a massive range of repercussions for their mental health: body image disorders, sexual dysfunction, social isolation. It makes no sense that we would verify ID for sales of alcohol, marijuana, and nicotine, but not verify age for something as harmful to the development of a child as internet pornography. Please help to put this insanity to an end by using the power you have to get this legislation enacted into law. This bill has been passed in 19 states since 1/12023. New Jersey should be next!
Thank you!
Step 2: Send to Key Politicians
The New Jersey Bill A4146 needs to be put up for a vote to be passed. Senator Scutari has the power to put it up for a vote in the Senate and Assemblyman Coughlin has the power to put it up for a vote in the Assembly. Once it has been passed in both Houses, it will go to Governor Murphy’s desk to be signed into law.

This could be board of education members, business owners, politicians, etc.
Lastly, Protect Your Children!
One of the simplest things you can do to help is to protect the children in your life, whether you’re a parent, grandparent, uncle, aunt, etc. Make sure they have parental blockers on all their devices. Our favorite one to use is Covenant Eyes because they have the strongest filters in addition to outstanding customer service. You can be on the phone with customer support in 30 seconds if you have any questions or concerns. They also deliver audits that report on the sites the child has visited with screenshots included. Finally, have open communication with your children. Encourage them to inform you if they come across any video or image that depicts adults not wearing clothes in areas that would otherwise be covered by a bathing suit.
